aerobic exercise - 3 mile walk
For Breakfast
fruit
salted cod fish w/chopped onions, tomatoes & boiled eggs
farine
water
A.M. Snack
a hand full of nuts and dries blueberries
Lunch
Salad
Baked sweet potato
water
P.M. Snack
an apple
Dinner
salad
mixed cooked vegetables
salmon
water
Late Night Snack
a banana
* at least 8 glasses of water
