Responsible Nutrition

On December 21th, 2012 I decided being nutritiously responsible was the thing to do. So I decided to eat primarily from the land - air  and sea. I'll elaborate as time goes on. I'm loving it so far.

Continue with water and healthy eating - fresh fruit, vegetables, lean protein, no processed foods!

30 minutes areobic exercise - resistance work outs will start in week 2.

aerobic exercise - 3 mile walk

a hand full of nuts and dries blueberries

Lunch

Baked sweet potato
water

P.M. Snack
