So it's been only two weeks and already progress is seen - lost a few and feeling much less tired than I use to. Will begin aerobic exercise tomorrow!

Spring is officially here - let's spring forward & lose it!

salted cod fish w/chopped onions, tomatoes & boiled eggs

a hand full of nuts and dries blueberries
Lunch
Salad
Baked sweet potato

P.M. Snack
an apple
Dinner
salad
mixed cooked vegetables

Late Night Snack
a banana
* at least 8 glasses of water
